Telephonetics VIP has enjoyed accreditation since 1996 in recognition of quality control and efficiency. The ISO 9001 is one of the world’s most established quality frameworks, in use by over three quarters of a million organisations in 161 countries.

The process is designed to make it easier to measure performance and better manage business risk. The assessment of quality management systems focuses on operating processes. This encourages organisations to improve the quality of products and the service provided enabling streamlined operations and reduced waste.
